Further, she explores diseases and treatment complications unique to patients with skin of colour, and how common presentations like eczema and psoriasis can appear differently and must be accurately diagnosed and managed.

Dr Michelle Rodrigues obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from Monash University with Honours in 2004 and completed her post-graduate dermatology training in Melbourne. At the conclusion of her training she was the awarded the Founder’s Medal for procedural dermatology as the highest scoring graduate nationally.
