This week's case discussion was submitted by Angie, a Melanographer. A 37-year-old male patient with a history of melanoma presents at a skin cancer clinic for a full-body skin check.

Angie performs total body photography and marks six lesions as suspicious. She sends a report to the GP, who biopsies three of the lesions.

We will focus on one lesion each week.

Lesion 2: Click here to view the outcome.

Lesion 3: Click here to view the outcome.

Week 4: Finally, this week we look at the three lesions which Angie flagged as suspicious but which were not biopsied by the GP.

Please see three sets of clinical and dermoscopy images below. In the context of the previous three benign results, what would your approach be?

Lesion A) Chest:

lesion 3 (1)

lesion 3 (2)

Lesion B) Back:

lesion 13 (1)

lesion 13 (2)

Lesion C) Back:

lesion 14 (1)

lesion 14 (2)
