How would you differentiate these two facial lesions?

In this week's case discussion, we revisit a case from Dr Terry Harvey, in which a 50-year-old female patient presents with two lesions on her right cheek.
She can recall that one has been there for decades and the other is new, but she doesn't remember which is which.
What two common facial lesions do you think will be reported on histology, and what features can we use to differentiate the two of them?
Please leave your comments today and check back for the outcome from Wednesday 2pm.
