In this week's new case discussion from Dr Terry Harvey, we look at a lesion on the back of an 80-year-old man. It was found during a routine skin check and the patient was unaware it was there.

Update

This lesion was treated on the day of the skin check with two cycles of curettage and cautery. Pathology revealed superficial multifocal basal cell carcinoma. There has been no recurrence over two years after treatment.
