In this week's case discussion from Dr Terry Harvey, we look a 65-year-old man who was unaware of the lesion on his back.

What do you think of the dermoscopy? How would you proceed?

Update

The lesion was excised and reported as a pigmented squamous intraepidermal carcinoma with clear margins.
