What a clinical attachment involves
In collaboration with universities, teaching hospitals and leading private clinics, the HealthCert clinical attachment program provides GPs with a comprehensive range of medical, surgical and clinical support training. Enhance your clinical knowledge in dedicated treatment facilities by observing experienced doctors and internationally recognised professors. Participate in case discussions and pick up valuable hints and tips – this may include all aspects of treatment, including initial consultations and patient treatment options as well as procedures, use of equipment and patient follow-ups.
Attachments are observational: the focus is on observing clinical practice and developing your understanding. Activities depend on the host facility and the patients seen on the day, so specific procedures can't be guaranteed. Entry requirements, fees and booking details are on each attachment's page.
