This week's case discussion, submitted by Dr Renuka Ranasinghe, features a 40-year-old female who presents for a routine skin check with about 25 flat pigmented naevi noted.

She has no personal or significant family history of skin cancer. She is unaware of this lesion noted on her right lower back.
