This week, we look at a case submitted by Dr David Stewart, in which a 46-year-old female patient presents with concerns about a lesion on her lower back, near a scar from a lesion excised at another practice many years ago.

Dr Stewart is unable to track down the pathology report from that previous excision. This new lesion was not present at the patient's last skin check 12 months ago.
