How would you manage this area on the forehead?

This week's case discussion, submitted by Dr David Stewart, features a 56-year-old female patient with a history of multiple non-melanoma skin cancers.

At her last visit 18 months ago, she had a superficial basal cell carcinoma diagnosed clinically (not biopsied) on the left side of her forehead near the hairline. It was treated with Aldara, with a good apparent outcome at that time.

Today, she presents for a routine skin exam and the area is checked again. What do you think of the clinical and dermoscopy images now?
