In this week's case discussion, submitted by Dr Terry Harvey, we look at a lesion found on the back of a 45-year-old male patient with Type 1 skin. He is unaware of it being there.

What do you think of the dermoscopy image?

Update

The lesion was not biopsied as the diagnosis clinically and dermatoscopically was ink-spot lentigo. It remains present five years later, largely unchanged.
