How would you manage this lesion arising from within a curettage scar?

This week's case, submitted by Dr David Stewart, features a 50-year-old female patient who attends for her routine skin check.

Two years ago, she had curettage and cautery of a small, well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma on the right side of her nose. Last year, the site was clear.

Upon examination at today's check-up, a new small lesion is arising from within the curettage scar.
