COURSE DELIVERY

Due to COVID-19 related travel restrictions, the below certificate courses in skin cancer medicine, skin cancer surgery and aesthetic medicine will go ahead in Brisbane only for Doctors based in Queensland. We have revised the delivery format to ensure you achieve the same learning outcomes in a safe environment.

Each certificate course* will now comprise of three parts, featuring flexible online leaning at your own pace, interactive live webinars with additional content and optional small group practical sessions. Further details on each course below.

  1. Online lectures: Prior to the optional skills workshop, complete all eight course modules at your convenience and at your own pace online, covering clinical theory, video demonstrations of procedures and case study discussions.
  2. Live interactive webinars: Reinforce your learning and ask any questions you might have in four interactive webinars with the presenters, covering additional video demonstrations of procedures that you can follow along and real patient case discussions.
  3. Practical skills workshop: Apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical workshop delivered in a small group setting and practise various procedures under expert supervision and guidance.
* The Advanced Certificate of Skin Cancer Surgery will be delivered in the usual format, including online pre- and post-course activities and a two-day practical workshop.
