What do you think of this new lesion on the foot?

Written by HealthCert Education | Aug 27, 2025 4:00:00 AM

This week's case discussion, sent in by Dr David Stewart, features a 51-year-old male patient with no history of skin cancer. He presents with a new lesion on his left foot.

What do you think of these images, and how would you approach diagnosis?

Update

Dr Stewart removed the lesion with a 5mm punch, and here is the pathology report.
