In this week's case discussion, submitted by Dr John O'Bryen, a 61-year-old lady presents with concerns about discolouration in her right big toenail.
The patient has a history of SCC and BCC. She recently saw a movie about Bob Marley and is now concerned she has nail melanoma.
What is your diagnosis, and what would you do next?
The diagnosis is subungual haematoma.
