In this week's case discussion, submitted by Dr David Stewart, we look at a 78-year-old male patient who presents for a routine skin check, whereupon a pigmented lesion is noted on his left deltoid.

The patient is not aware of the lesion. Reviewing the clinical and dermoscopic images below, how would you manage it?
